Built to Last a Century
Magverk was founded on a single conviction: that the next era of industrial production would be won by whoever controlled the full stack — from the silicon up.
Our Mission
To compress the timeline between scientific breakthrough and industrial deployment — making advanced manufacturing accessible to any organisation willing to operate at the frontier.
Precision
We hold ourselves to tolerances most organisations consider impossible. Every specification is a floor, not a ceiling.
Transparency
We publish our benchmarks, our failure modes, and our roadmap. Credibility is earned through disclosure, not marketing.
Longevity
We build for decades. Every architectural decision is evaluated against a 20-year operating horizon.
Ownership
We own our stack end-to-end. No critical dependency on a single supplier, partner, or platform we do not control.
The Origin
Leaders at the intersection of robotics, materials science, and semiconductor physics begin a collaboration in Silicon Valley. The initial thesis: that sub-50nm fabrication could be achieved on existing EUV infrastructure with the right software layer.
The research plan is shared with Government authorities, debt instrument providers, and other stake holders
Demo is built and Magverk is incorporated.
Land is obtained and construction of first site commences
Pilot customers — an AI Datacenter networking company, a defense contractor, a medical device manufacturer, and an automotive OEM — begin production trials. All three extend to multi-year agreements within 12 months. The MV-1 platform reaches commercial availability. Series A closes at $120M. Magverk announces its first $85M manufacturing agreement and begins construction of its first dedicated fabrication facility.
